I suppose it's been ten years since I picked up my first golf disc, and it's still a sport I enjoy. Being able to throw an object 300-400 feet is fairly cool.

When I first started playing, the only course in Tyler was at Noble E. Young park, and it was a cramped object course. Instead of basket, we aimed at a 4 x 4 piece of wood. Since then, two basket courses have been installed. The first basket course was made with homemade baskets. The pro baskets were soon afterward put in at Lindsey Park. There are now two courses at Lindsey.
